MP-Cluma - a platform independent cluster manager | |||||
| MP-Cluma gives the user the possibility to start a heteregeneous application. The available computing nodes are displayed in a tree. The user has the possibility to choose one node or a complete cluster for remote execution.
In a heterogeneous environment an application is no longer represented by one executable. An application is defined as a set of executables, working directories and parameters belonging to a special platform. MP-Cluma gives the user the possibility to choose executables of different operating systems so that it will be possible to start an application consisting of communicating Windows and Linux executables.
To enable enhanced User management an additional user interface is provided by MP-Cluma.
